- NEW Membership Application Form: If you are not a member of the Mt. View-Edgewood Water Company and the previous homeowner did not convey their metered water service membership with the property, please download a NEW Member Application Form. Please complete and mail in the form per the instructions on the form.
- TRANSFER Membership Application Form: If the previous homeowner DID convey with the property their metered water service membership with Mt. View-Edgewood Water Company, please download a TRANSFER Member Application Form. Please complete and mail in the form per the instructions on the form.
- Renter/Management Company Application for Water Form: Mt. View-Edgewood Water Company is a private water company that is membership-owned. Our primary customer is the membership certificate holder. As a convenience, Renters and Management Companies are permitted to pay for water service as an agent of the membership owner, if approved both by the Water Company and the membership owner of the property billed. Please complete and mail in the form per the instructions on the form.
- Certificate of Water Availability:
- Automatic Payment Plan Brochure: Your water bill can be paid directly from your checking or savings account. Absolutely no cost to you. Save the cost of checks, envelopes, stamps, and time writing and mailing the check.
