The Board of Directors meets at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the
month as long as it falls on or after the 10th of the month. Members may address the Board (by letter or in person) after
scheduling with the General Manager not later than the Thursday prior to
the Board Meeting (in order to be added to the agenda distributed in
board packets on Friday).
